Shipping & Delivery
Melbourne Metro
Most Melbourne metro orders are delivered by our own transport or in some cases by a third party courier which you will be provided with a tracking number. Once you place your order you will receive a order confirmation and one of our friendly customer service team member will be in contact with you to organize delivery, if you have requested a special delivery such as express delivery, your furniture to be dropped off with no one home, to be dropped of at storage or for any other special delivery options please contact us before delivery. If no one is at home on the day of delivery and is supposed to be home we can easily re book your delivery for another day a small re delivery fee will apply. Please allow 1-5 business days to receive your order.
Interstate Deliveries
All interstate orders will be delivered through our third party courier company from Allied Express, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order, all special options of delivery or any questions about your delivery please get in contact with Allied Express regarding any questions you have about the status or progress of your delivery. For interstate orders please allow 1-12 business days to receive your order.
Pre Order Items
Some items will be marked with a date of arrival which means currently they are not in stock but set to arrive on a specific date. Some items have a estimate week for example 6-10 weeks this means once you place your order it will take roughly 6-10 weeks to get your order manufactured and delivered to you. Please note due to Covid-19 there may be some delays and we always try our best to mark the ETA as accurate as possible.
