Applies to all products unless otherwise specified on listing. If any of the items you purchased shows symptoms of failure, defectiveness or broken on arrival, the buyer should contact Selsdirect immediately via phone or email. Details of the issue should be notified to us within 24hrs also detailed images and a description of the problem must be sent to Selsdirect.
If deemed DOA by us, full/partial refund or replacement of items may be given at both ours and buyer's discretion. Damages due to improper installation or negligence are not covered by Warranty. Buyer is responsible for any postage costs on returning items.
